COVID-19 Update: All training can be conducted virtually and we have training specifically related to thriving through the pandemic.
COMMON TOPICS INCLUDE:
Individual training starts with a conversation about your dreams, fears, challenges or anything else that brings you to us. This allows us to start building the collaborative relationship and assess the current state of your mental game. Often, we also use a validated survey to pinpoint specific areas where mental skills training might have the most impact. After that, we develop and design a personalized training plan that is tailored to each individual needs and goals.
COHESION & MOTIVATION:
Team training can take a few different paths. Sometimes coaches, managers or team leaders come to us and know exactly which direction they want to take the team. Other times, we can collaboratively decide which type of training will best suit the team through a conversation with the coach or team leadership. The different areas of team training we offer are described below and can be trained in combination to meet the specific needs of your team.
Team training is conducted in-person and includes all materials. We can include individual athlete follow-up if desired.
