I have over 6 years experience training individuals, small groups and large groups including teams.
My specialties include injury prevention and performance training for athletes, functional fitness, TRX suspension training, indoor/outdoor boot camp, golf fitness, ski conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
I have experience working with youth as young as 6 and adults as old as 84 with varying degrees of ability and also offer family fitness, stroller boot camp, as well as basic strength, flexibility, and mobility.
No matter who you are, I will meet you at your current level and help you achieve your goals.

I have over 3 years experience as a health coach helping people reduce stress, improve nutrition, manage weight, prevent diabetes, and increase physical activity.
I use evidence-based health behavior change principles and practices with individuals as well as groups to create lasting change.
My goal is to use my experience, education, training and compassion to help others change their own lives by learning to adopt healthier behaviors.
